Giveaway Rules and Regulations
        1       Eligibility:
        ◦       The giveaway is open to schools in Lakeland, Bartow and Mulberry Florida.
        2       How to Enter:
        ◦       Like the giveaway post.
        ◦       Share the giveaway post.
        ◦       Fill out the entry form by July 31, 2024.
        3       Prize:
        ◦       The prize is a 25ft balloon arch in the school colors, delivered on either orientation day or the first day of school (as determined by school administration and Balloons by Riz).
        ◦       The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted.
        ◦       The prize is subject to availability. Balloons by Riz reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without notice.
        4       Winner Selection and Notification:
        ◦       The winning school will be selected by a random drawing on August 1, 2024, at 7 PM, live on Facebook.
        ◦       Balloons by Riz shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
        ◦       If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 5 days from the time the award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.
        5       Rights Granted by You:
        ◦       By entering this giveaway, you understand and agree that Balloons by Riz, anyone acting on behalf of Balloons by Riz, and Balloons by Riz’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the giveaway, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
        6       Terms & Conditions:
        ◦       Balloons by Riz reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway should a virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Balloons by Riz’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway.
        ◦       Balloons by Riz reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.
        7       Limitation of Liability:
        ◦       By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Balloons by Riz and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.
        8       Disputes:
        ◦       This giveaway is governed by the laws of Florida, USA, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.
        ◦       As a condition of participating in this giveaway, participants agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Florida, USA having jurisdiction.
        9       Privacy Policy:
        ◦       Information submitted with an entry will not be shared or sold to any third party.
